Thick-cut smoked bacon and sausageThe backbone of the plate. Our sausages are steam-baked in the oven, not grilled or griddled.
Garlic cherry plum tomatoes, mushrooms and stewed beansThe supporting cast, done with care rather than out of a tin and a fryer.
One slice of griddled tiger loafCrisp on the outside, soft inside, and ideal for the last of the beans.
